A customer bought two sale-tagged kurtas, wore one (perfume and makeup marks) and demanded a full cash refund a week later. Our sale policy — exchange only within 7 days, unworn — is printed on the bill and displayed at the counter. She has threatened us with bad reviews everywhere. We are happy to offer an exchange even now.

Food-delivery riders park 10–15 bikes right against our display window every evening, blocking the entrance. We've requested the aggregators' area managers repeatedly. Requesting NDMC to mark a rider-waiting zone away from shopfronts.
