Tucked in the elegant Ambawatta One complex in historic Mehrauli, Pendulo offers a captivating culinary dialogue between Indian and Mexican traditions. This intimate 50-seat fine-dining restaurant serves a thoughtfully curated tasting menu where bold spices, smoke, fermentation, and citrus harmonize – creating layered, emotional dishes that swing like a pendulum between two rich cultures, all in a serene, thoughtfully designed space.
Pendulo's theme is subtle elegance with elemental balance – limestone walls, aged copper accents, soft bungalow textures, agave motifs, and a dramatic clay pendulum at the entrance carved with Indian and Aztec symbols. The vibe is intimate, cozy, and dimly lit, with thoughtful gestures creating a serene, immersive space.
Seating capacity around 50, with intimate tables and partitioned areas for privacy. Warm lighting and soft lively music enhance the emotional atmosphere. No outdoor seating or terrace, but private dining available. Highly Instagrammable with its ingredient library display, pendulum art, and moody, artistic interiors.
Pendulo's 12-course tasting menu explores contrasts and harmonies between Indian and Mexican techniques, using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
